The US administration has been the primary force, supported by intense advocacy work by ultra-conservative groups capitalizing on the climate to build worldwide connections with like-minded governments.
This opposition to progressive rights describes a worldwide alliance of policymakers, doctrinal establishments, and activist outfits as well as wealthy philanthropists and dynasties that seek to undermine gains in a variety of areas. Areas targeted involve pro-choice policies, equality for sexual minorities, gender identity recognition, and inclusive relationship teaching.
